A simple task board.

Tasks live in the same system as your contacts and deals, so the work sits on the customer it's about. The AI assistant reads all of it, and it starts as simple as your team needs.

The AI assistant

A task can point at any of it, and any of it can open a task, because the whole system is one database. There's no separate app to keep in sync.

The difference

The parts that matter.

01

Tasks, deals and customers are one database

A task can be about a contact, a deal or a company, and the link runs both ways: the record shows the work outstanding on it, and finished work lands on its history. Because it's all relational, anything can drive anything: a deal reaching Proposal opens a task for whoever owns the deal, an overdue task texts its owner, and a call task on a person opens with the button that rings them.

The AI assistant is already in it

The assistant that runs the rest of your system reads this too. Ask who finished what this month and it answers with the real numbers. Ask for tasks per person as a report and it builds the card onto your dashboard. Ask it to text you when anything goes overdue and it writes that automation.

As simple as your team needs

If the last tool died because nobody filled it in, this one starts as lists, a board and a calendar, and that's the whole thing to learn. If your process genuinely needs six stages, approval steps and a rule for every handoff, it's custom software: we build that version.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We already have a project tool. Why change?
If it's working, don't. Teams move because the tool has more in it than they will ever fill in, and because none of it knows anything about their customers.
Can it be the only thing, or does it come with a CRM?
Either. It's a module, so it can sit inside a CRM we build you or stand on its own. Attached to customer records is where it earns its keep, so most people take both.
