Flank LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. "Flank", "we" and "us" on this page mean Flank LLC. These terms cover your use of withflank.com, the Flank service, and our text messaging program. Where you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs the work it describes.
Using this website
The content on this site describes what Flank does. It is provided as-is and is not professional advice. You may not use this site for anything unlawful, or attempt to break or probe the systems behind it.
The Flank service
Flank is an ad tracking and attribution service. With an account you can install Flank's tracking on your own website, connect your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts and the place your leads or orders land, see which ads produced which outcomes and what they cost, and have Flank send those outcomes back to the ad platforms.
- Your account. You must be at least 18 and acting for a business. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Connected accounts. When you connect a Google Ads or Meta account, you authorise Flank to read the data described in our privacy policy and to send conversion events to that account on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time. You confirm you are allowed to grant that access for the accounts you connect.
- Your website and your visitors. You are responsible for the notice and consent your visitors are owed under the laws that apply to you, and for making sure the data you send Flank, including data from your CRM, is data you are allowed to share with us. Flank processes it on your instructions.
- Fees. Prices are shown when you sign up and are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time and it ends at the close of the period you have paid for. Setup fees are not refundable once the setup has been done.
- Your data. It is yours. You can export it at any time and delete it at any time, and we delete it when your account closes as the privacy policy describes. We use it only to provide the service to you.
- Acceptable use. Do not use Flank to track a website you do not control, to send an ad platform events that did not happen, or to break any law or any platform's terms. We can suspend an account that does.
- Changes and availability. We improve the service continuously and may change or retire features. We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not promise it will be uninterrupted.
Text messaging terms
Flank sends text messages from its business number for customer care: replying to your inquiry, scheduling, and following up on work we are doing with you. You opt in by checking the texting box on our contact form, by texting our number first, or by asking us to text you. Consent is collected by Flank and applies only to messages from Flank. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency varies depending on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We will send one final message confirming you are opted out, and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or reach us through the contact form on our website. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number and your opt-in are never shared with or sold to third parties. See our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The Flank name, wordmark, the service and the content of this site belong to Flank. The data you put into the service belongs to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Flank is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the service, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top, and email account holders about changes that matter.
