← What we build

A custom client portal.

Your clients email you to ask things a screen could answer: where the job stands, or for another copy of something you already sent. We build a portal on your own domain that shows each client their whole job, so most of those emails stop.

What's in it

Here's what yours can show them.

Job and order status
Documents and files
Invoices and card payment
Approvals
Contracts to sign
Forms and requests
Messages
Schedules and delivery dates

Yours is built from scratch, so the list is whatever your business needs. If your clients keep asking for something that isn't on it, we add it.

The difference

The problems it fixes.

01

They check instead of asking

A "just checking in" email pulls somebody off real work to answer something the system already knows. In the portal every job shows where it stands and what happens next, updated the moment your team updates it, so clients look instead of writing.

02

One copy of every file

The signed contract is in a February email thread, and the version your client has open is two revisions old. Every document in the portal has one copy, the current one, so "can you resend that" stops arriving.

Invoices get paid without the chasing

An invoice sent by email waits for somebody to dig it out. One in the portal sits next to everything else your client checks, has a card button on it, and sends its own reminder when it falls due.

It doesn't have to stop here.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can one client see what another client has?
No. Each login reaches that client's own records and nothing else. The check runs on the server on every request, and every build ships with an automatic test that signs in as one client, asks for another one's records, and blocks the release if anything comes back.
Will our clients actually use it?
The ones who email you today will, because the answer to their email is a link into the portal. There's nothing to install and nothing to learn: one page on your domain with only their things on it. They get in from an invite you send, and you can switch any login off whenever you like.
What can we put in it?
Anything you'd otherwise email or keep in a shared folder: documents, invoices, photos, delivery dates, a form to fill in, a status they keep asking about. We settle the list with you on the call.
