← What we build

Your own AI agent.

It's wired into your own system, so it answers from your records instead of guessing, and it can do the work itself: build the report, update the deal, follow up the lead. Until you decide otherwise, a person approves everything it sends.

Which deals have gone quiet this week?
Seven. Four are waiting on a quote, three on a signature. Birchwood has been quiet longest, eleven days.
Build me a report of quotes sent against quotes signed, by rep.
Saved under Reports as "Quotes sent vs signed". Sam leads this month, 12 sent and 9 signed.

What's in it

Here's what it can do.

Every one of these is something it does in the software itself.

Answers questions about your data
Builds reports
Sets up automations
Creates and updates records
Knows how the software works
Follows up leads by text and email
Draft mode, autopilot and guardrails
A log of everything it does

The agent has the permissions of whoever is asking, so it can't show somebody a record they weren't allowed to open themselves.

The difference

What makes it more than a chatbot.

01

It answers from your records

Ask what you quoted somebody in March and it reads the actual quote. Every answer comes out of your own database, the same deals, invoices and bookings your team works in, and when something isn't on record it says so instead of improvising.

What did we quote Birchwood in March?
Two quotes: $12,800 for the spring signage order on Mar 6, and $4,200 for the refit on Mar 21. The first one became a won deal on Jun 7.
02

It does the work itself

Tell it to build a report and it picks the source, the grouping and the period, saves the report, and shows you what it did so you can change any of it. Ask for an automation and it wires one up, switched off until you've read it. Anything it wants to change shows you a card to confirm first.

You decide what reaches customers

When you let it text or email leads, it starts in draft mode: every message waits for a person to press send. What it must never say or promise is checked in code before a message leaves, quiet hours and a texted STOP are handled before the AI runs at all, and every action lands in a log you can read back.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will it say something embarrassing to a customer?
It can't send anything at all unless you turn that on, and most people leave it drafting for the first few weeks. The rules about what it must never say are checked in code before a message leaves, so they hold even when the model gets it wrong.
What happens when the model it uses gets retired?
It moves to the next one on a list we set up at the start, tests itself, and carries on. If every option fails it falls back to taking a message and telling a human, so the worst case is a slower reply. It never goes silent.
