Flank follows every visitor from the ad they clicked to the form they filled, the call they made or the order they placed. It shows you what each ad cost per customer, and it tells Meta and Google which clicks turned into real business so their targeting improves.

Spend on one side, customers on the other, joined by the click. You connect your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts once, and Flank reads spend and results from them every day. Every campaign, ad set and ad gets a cost per lead, per appointment or per order. It covers what you open GA4 for: where visitors come from, what they did, what it cost. It does not try to be every GA4 report, and it does not need a developer to read.

Most setups send the platforms one event, the form submit, and nothing after. So the platforms optimise for people who fill forms. Flank sends every later stage too: qualified, appointment booked, job won, order delivered, refunded. The events go from our server to theirs, not from the browser, so ad blockers do not eat them. The platforms then look for more people like the ones who paid.
The tracking is served from a subdomain of your own website, not from ours, so browsers and ad blockers treat it as part of your site. Visitors are remembered for up to 400 days instead of the seven Safari gives an outside script. That is the difference between knowing a customer came from an ad three weeks ago and calling them “direct”. One honest limit: Safari keeps the standard setup for a week. If that week matters to you, we do a deeper install on your own server and Safari keeps the full 400 days too.
Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Safari keeps a week on the standard setup and 400 days with the deeper install.
Put your website in the form. We look at how it is built, which forms it has, where your leads land, and which ad accounts you run. Then we set it up together on one call: the script, every form, your CRM stages, and the events back to Meta and Google. Most setups finish the same day.
Lead gen first: any business where an ad turns into a call, a form or a booked appointment.
Roofing. Solar. HVAC. Dental. Legal. Plumbing. Home services.
You connect each account once, through Google's and Meta's own sign-in screens, and you can disconnect either at any time in Settings. Here is everything Flank does with the access, and nothing else.
For what most ad buyers use it for, yes: traffic sources, pages, time on site, and what each source cost. It is not a replacement for every report GA4 has.
Any form a browser submits: Gravity Forms, GoHighLevel, Typeform, HubSpot, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, plain HTML. If your leads land in a CRM, we connect that too.
No. We install it with you on the setup call. Usually it is one DNS record and one line on your site, which every website builder allows. On WordPress it is a plugin.
You do. Export it any time. Disconnect an ad account and its data is deleted within 30 days. Close the account and everything goes. The privacy policy says exactly what we hold.
