Data deletion

This page explains how to have data Flank holds about you deleted, whoever you are. Every request is confirmed by email once it is done, and deletion is complete within 30 days.
If you have a Flank account
- One connected account. In Flank, open Settings, then Integrations, and press Disconnect next to the Google Ads or Meta account. The access token is deleted at once and everything we read from that account is deleted within 30 days.
- Everything. In Settings, choose Close account. Your data is exported for you first if you want it, and then all of it is deleted, including tracking data from your website.
If you connected Meta and want Flank removed
Go to business.facebook.com/settings, open Integrations, then Business apps, find Flank and remove it. Meta tells us the moment you do, and we delete the token and the data we read from your account within 30 days. You can also ask us directly with the form below.
If you connected Google and want Flank removed
Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Flank and remove its access. That revokes our token; ask us with the form below and we delete the data we read from your account within 30 days.
If you visited a website that uses Flank
The business that runs that website decides what is kept. Contact that business and ask; it can delete your visit and anything you submitted from inside Flank. If you cannot reach it, contact us with the website's address and we will find it and help.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on the account, so nobody can delete somebody else's data. Our privacy policy says what we hold and for how long.
